Dude, be clear on what you speak. maybe the bulb is used to represent the word IQ everywhere. But the bulb will not be used instead of Q in the word IQ.
Will you accept me using the head image that you have used in the logo in any neuro logo?
Please come with your own ideas..

Animman, it looks nice, just not sure it conveys what I want to get across. It should be less futuristic.

pehulz, I like where this is heading but not sure it looks polished enough. Could you make the graphic look less clipart'ish? Also try text different with only IQ in green?

karthikeyanthunder, interesting. The lightbulb does not really work as the Q but I am open to the graphic being incorporated as part of the O in carbon. Just don't like the look of that particular one. The second one is too common (recycling symbol) Also don't like the font.
