Need a logo designer

I created a logo for my "newish" template but I'm not happy with it. I'm not satisfied with the font and I also need some sort of unique icon to go next to it that goes with my site.

Can you create a character based on on picture of myself perhaps?

Thanks But I'm never satisfied with my own designing. It's one thing that I have to have someone else do. I'm my biggest critic.

I also cannot, for the life of me, create a unique "icon". Just fonts is all I can do pretty much.
