Buying need a logo and theme designer for my upcoming travel site

hi. i need a logo designer and a theme designer for my upcoming wordpress travel site. i need someone who is highly creative and would be willing prioritize this design project.
if you cant design the logo and only want to do the theme (psd, no need to code it), then that would be fine.
