Need a little help

Ok so I got my adsense advertisment set up on my blog but the problem is I don't know how to customize the adds that are displayed on it. I want adds related to gaming and stuff like that but I have no clue how to change it. I checked all the options on my adsense account but still can't figure it out. Any help plzz

Also when people click my adds does it instantly add to my adsense account or does it take a certain ammount of time until it shows up ?

 

Google choose which ads to dispay not us, although I think you can specify ads from certain websies that you do not want them to show.

With regards to stats, no, they are not realtime.

That's one way to do it.

The other way to do this is better known as section targeting:

In order to display relevant ads, you need to do section targeting. Use these commands to tell adsense bot what content to crawl

you dont need to do anything , the ads are displayed based on your content ...you can change your content to display ads based on a theme

Don't forget that it sometimes takes a few hours until Adense content targeting optimizes itself properly (And you have to have enough advertisers in your niche, although that shouldn't be a problem for you).
