Need a little help with embedding a youtube video (HTML)

Hi all - just need a little bit of help to embed a youtube video over the top of the image:

It's on the front page, i've added a white border around where we want the video to be placed

Any help would be greatful, I've googled, and every time i add the code it buggers up.

if you can pm me or just add the code for me to use, that would be great.
