We're starting a new site that will have some element of a monthly sweepstakes on it. Users can do things to earn points each month and then enter our monthly sweeps to win some cash prizes. I'm having a real hard time finding a good (though not crazy expensive) lawyer who specializes in online sweepstakes. Any ideas or suggestions out there? Thanks in advance!
Anyone have any leads or ideas on how to look for this? A basic web search only gives me 1 real firm, and I'd like to find a few others just to compare prices. Thanks.
