Need a large server (2 terabytes min)

    Hey guys,

I am looking at a variety of service providers such as bluehost, hostgator, etc. However, none of them offer enough space for the purposes of my website. I need at least 2K gigs and preferably more. But obviously for a reasonable price.

    Suggestions?

Are you looking for 2tb of storage or bandwidth? The price difference between these two are massive.

If you plan on actually using 2,000 Gigs of diskspace, you'll be looking for a dedicated solution and prepare to spend at least $500 per month. You'll also need the bandwidth to support all that, and that could run a lot too. You'll never find this on a shared platform for $20 a month. I can guarantee you that won't happen. They might say that they can give you 2,000 gigs, but you'll never get to truly fill it up before they suspend you.

Well you need to let us know the following then we can give you some suggestions.
    1) Is it shared hosting or dedicated hosting?
    2) What is your monthly budget?
    3) Where do you want the server located?

When it comes to 2TB, you must tell us either disk space or bandwidth. There are many shared hosting providing 2TB Diskspace/Bandwidth at least. If you want to be safe it's good to get a dedicated server instead.

2 TB storage can cost you $500+ while 2 TB Bandwidth would cost you $200. There's a huge difference which you din't mentioned.

Try asking Hostgator for a custom plan. In my opinion, your best option if you want that sort of storage space would be to buy your own server.
