Need a Landing Page Created in 24 Hours

    Hey,

    I need a landing page created in 24 hours. The landing page will be simple, it is just to get people through to a site where they enter in their email address.
    Nothing too fancy but it needs to look good and provide people an easy way to get to the affiliate page.

    Also I want the page to have a pop up when they exit the page. This is to increase my conversion rates. Pop up page will be simple also...even more simple than the landing page.
