Need a JS expert for quick job - URGENT

    Yo,
    Job description:
    i have a page with a div that has a SWF file in it, i want to make the SWF div surrounding area darker and not clickable when the user mouse is over the SWF div.
    When the user mouse will move out of the SWF div the darker area will be back to normal after 1 second.

    Here is an example for a similar script - http://www.4v4.com/free-online-car-games/1519/pokemon-bike-adventure.html?play=1

    Important:
    surrounding SWF div area must be darker and not clickable when the user mouse is over the SWF div and 1 second after it move out of the SWF div.

    Please tell me your price and turn around for this, this job is urgent.
