I run a site using webjobs now. I have been able to do some basic customization with it. One of the biggest issues with the script is that it is partially encrypted which limits some of the potential to cusotmize it.

You can find someone willing to do a custom job for you for less than $200.

you could always dig through a resource directory like Codango.com/or maybe scripts.com for something. Alot of the stuff is probably entirely free to give you more of a budget for customizing.

http://codango.com/php/dir/webapps/industry/employme/classifi/ might be a good place to start?

just having it custom coded from the start may be a good choice too...Though I would anticipate spending a bit more than $200 personally, its certainly possible to have it done at that cost.

    Good luck!

    Hi, everyone.

You can try the open source PHP job board available at http://www.jobberbase.com. As they say on their website, "jobberBase is a great solution for single-industry recruitment." (it was created for jobs in the IT area).

The developers behind it offer constant releases, so it's always up-to-date.

    Hope it helps.

Free Open Source Job Board available here. I'm doing a major customization of this and will be making it much more usable for total job board solution in the next couple of months. From top to bottom this is going to be the best job board available to the open source community. If any one would like to contribute I'm definitely looking for help. It was just started and will be called OsJobber.

Looks good but I don't know much about it and support. Uses smarty templating which, to me, is a drawback. The output at times is very "coderish" and makes me wonder how much is hard coded. If it's well designed that could be easy to fix but just don't know. The features are excellent if not too much in some areas but it is better designed on the front end than most. I agree, looks good but it's also over $500 to take a risk. Don't know anyone using it yet.
