Need a intro page for my website

    I was looking to have a introductory page to the website in my sig made. It would not have to be anything complicate (especially because I'm on a limited budget). It just needs to be a simple landing page that explains what my website attempts to accomplish. The things I require would be

    1. My logo to be prominently displayed
    2. Block of text explaining what my website is
    3. Of course it has to incorporate the colors I already use.

    anything else would be up to the designer. I am looking for someone that will be around for a while because I will be in need of work in the future. If you think can help me out please show me some examples and PM me with rates. Since my budget is limited I would also be more than happy to put a link to your portfolio at the bottom of the page until the end of the year.

    If somebody can do this for $20 and with the coding, then let him/her do that..
