I created a banner for my site for winter/christmas but it is a photshop file and I need the image converted into Flash with the same effects currently in the Flash file only using this image. I have a small budget for this so PM if interested. It isn't nothing that would be hard for anyone familiar with flash and effects. Everything in the following image is in the Flash file except the penguin and the snowy backdrop. I would also like the snow to fall unto the text and continue falling for a few seconds.
