Need a HTML / PHP Programmer - Easy Job !

I need somebody who can set me up a very very easy website in HTML or PHP.

It is a 5 page site

All these elements I have ready already.

Are ready / coded ok.

Have only the PSD , need to be coded.
Can be coded in HTML , just table's to add the advertisement and text etc.

It is very simple , must have MSN or Skype
So that we can chat if you not understand it.

Have a low budget : 15 US dollars max.

And I want it fast , hope you can begin right now and understand what I mean.

A PSD to XHTML/CSS task is not a 20 minute job. Well Technically it is , if all you do is slice some marks and save as html in photoshop, and not even bother with pages. But that would be utter crap in results. At the very least its a 1-2 hour job if done with any proficiency.

 

Dirkthai, If you want quality work then you will have to pay more for it.

 

Regardless of the job you wont find anyone to do it for $15
