    Hi,

I need a host that will install and setup WHMCS, we don't need a reseller, we only want it to manage clients for our shoutcast services, no automation required. NEEDS TO BE RELIABLE, so no new hosts who arent sure they will be up each month.

Ok we've had a look through and I think we're going to go with torxhost. They offer a WHMCS license for $10.99 and hosting for $2.99 that suits our needs. This means we're paying less for then both then we are now for just the license.

BTW. We offer a fre WHMCS license with all reseller plans.

The first 2 plans have additional $5 fee, therefore they total $13 with a WHMCS license and a reseller account.

Anyways, good luck with your host.

If you are looking at getting a Dedicated Server, we can certainly install WHMCS for you. We have a nice selection of Dedicated Servers available here: http://hostdrive.com/dedicated We are not a reseller. We own and operate our own facility and servers and have done so for over 10 years now.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

Ok, I think we've chosen. However, Mia, do you have any unmetered 100mbit servers?

I can quote just about anything you want. We do not sell unlimited/unmetered... We'd go out of business... I can of course offer 2000GB, 4000GB, etc., and up assuming you know what your requirements are.

If you know what your transfer needs are, I can create a custom quote to meet just about any need you may have. Thank you!

That is like 300Mbit sustained. We can certainly handle that. You would be looking at around $10k/mo. to start... Are you really sure you need this much?

    - 10k a month!

Yeah, I think the most one of my servers has ever used is about 200,000GB. The server cost $50 a month :p, unmetered plan. Since then, we've switched to better servers ;). We certainly arent in a position to pay $10,000 a month.

I think you must be confusing GB with MB... ;)

200,000 GB is around 600Mbit. That would require an OC12 or better.. No one is paying $50/mo. for an OC12... ;)

I've yet to see a single server require or even handle an OC12 worth of bw... Are you sure you are talking about 200k GB?

    Yep, I'm sure :) I used dedimove.

Heres how I used that much bandwidth (example)

A radio, that plays to 500 listeners, each listeners listens at 128 kilobytes per second. Therefore 500 x 128 = 64,000kbps

    60 Seconds in a minute = 3,840,000

    60 minutes in an hour = 230,400,000

    24 hours in a day = 5,529,600,000

    31 days in a month = 171,417,600,000

There you have it, 171.4 Billion kilobytes a month :)
