I am not sure what you want to do with it, but check this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=456774
We do not offer "unmetered" space, but do offer quite a lot of space with our Web Hosting Plans over at Hosting Lizard. For more information see here: http://hostinglizard.com/webhosting.php If you have any questions, feel free to ask me!!!
No such thing as unmetered hard disk. Hard disks are physical. They are inside the server. You can only have so much.
But with Virtuozzo you can claim 3TB hard drive space since its just a file that grows as it needs too lol. The assumption is that the person will never need or use that space. So you can host 100 clients with 3TB allocations on a 500GB drive. Probably an exaggeration but its thats the idea behind Virtuozzo. thewird
If you need ridiculous overselling, try www.canaca.com I have used them a few years ago and they had some good uptime. As long as you dont need cpu it should be fine. thewird
Well, assuming he will use 1000GB space then in order to download them few times/month he will be for sure using some CPU in the read and write IO and more RAM because all the resources are connected together His best solution will be a Dedicated server with 2x500GB HDD or more
This is true but from his "I want unmetered space" comment I thought I'd suggest them since they really do let you use those resources (I know, I've tried just for fun recently since it was cheap). He really shouldn't be asking for unmettered space since that doesn't exist. Neither does bandwidth but people say it anyway. thewird
