I need a cpanel host that will give me 10 IPs and WHM.

You will need a deasoft WHMreseller feature to assign different ip's to different cpanel accounts via whm. I don't think if you can assign ip's to different accounts only from whm because this feature works for root user only.

 

@OP, please allow me to answer this with the correct information

To clear your absolute wrong information, this can be done via WHM if you have the correct permissions in WHM from root user. for instance, since im root on my server i could give a client of mine like OP semi-root access where they could do the IP changing amongst all the domains that they have access to or all domains based on permissions. so no need to sped extra money on WHMR unless they are wanting a master reseller.

 

Most of companies don't offer semi-root access as it costs more than a reseller account. So that is why, if deasoft is available then it's easy to manage and assign ip's to different accounts instead of giving semi-root access. Anyways, thanks for providing such useful information.

Nearly all host can provide extra IPs as long as you can justify their use. if you want specific suggestions please provide your requirement and budget

 

why do you need so many IPs? and as gary stated, most providers will ask you to justify the use since IP addresses aren't as easy to come by from most providers anymore

Not sure which company would want to give IPs after reading that. But good luck. You might want to look into an offshore provider (since I am sure, no USA provider would want to take the .1% risk of having banned IPs), but IPs are more expensive offshore.

 

Your reason will most likely get tossed out by a lot of hosts, and you may want something off shore for that sort of thing.

If you lie to get those IPs and the hosts finds out what you are actually using them for, they may boot/suspend you.
