Need a PSD which I will implement into a wordpress template. Need a single page designed based on some guidelines. Inspiration is to be taken from : http://janemeans.co.uk/ with a more curvy ribbon as the menu bar and a different colour scheme with pink/purple and some more contrasting colours to it. Mockups with some variations are expected and changes should be honoured. I am looking at a cost in the $50 range. No upfront payment. Feel free to ask for any clarifications.
Creation of a custom WordPress theme doesn't cost 50 USD. Having such a budget, you can purchase a pre-made theme that suits your requirements best of all and then order customization service or customize it on your own. Anyway, this work will cost more than you have specified.
