    Yes, Charlie03 is actually an Indian passing himself off as a native speaking writer. He hires native speakers to write for him and then now he has problems paying writers because of the whole Indian issue with paypal. His real name is Shivam Shekhar - spread the word and beware of this guy. Never ever believe what he says. He has so many usernames on DP and then gets some of his usernames banned. DP mods are not stupid, they are very good and raking people out - mark my words, your tricks cannot fool Dpers.

    I hope the Mods are able to ban this kind of people who hires others but does not make payments.
