    Hi
I would like to know how to edit/ delete a thread after posting it in dp.
I am not sure if it is the right place to post. If this is not the right place kindly let me know where can I post.

Wrong place to post. I don't know where though.

I do not think there is anyway to delete thread. You can only close it. You can ask the mods to close one.

Closing the thread will allow no-one to reply. However, it can still be viewed.

When you post, there should be an edit button on the bottom right once the post is live. If you click on that (within a reasonable amount of time) you can edit your post. I actually had the option to delete a post earlier today when I went to edit one, but I'm not sure if that was a fluke...

    HTH!

You can edit your post in the manner "internetauthor" has explained. The "edit" button remains active for some period. I haven't seen the "Delete" button anywhere on this forum.

It's ben two hours now and the "Edit" button is still alive with my previous post. This means that the button will be active untill the next post arrives.
