Need a header quickly

    Hi,

    As the subject say's I need a header quickly for www.mycbradio.info

    It should be 700x80px

    I have a few images you can use in the design. In terms of colours and fonts it's up to you. I need to keep the search box at the top so please leave that area clear.

    Please reply with your prices and turnaround time.
