@Mary the text looks very plain no soul and the first line is not in the center or not even in a straight line with below You want some background that hits on people brain it's about house. Anyway it's a nice try...

 

@Pheonix... Keep on coming with bit more creative ideas, It's about buying and selling homes... So, please keep in mind the banner design should looks like for real estate....

I like your design but can make the same size as tiwan header and I will like the house to be big house (european style) with lots of windows and make place to write intro of the site... So, far u r leading.. Good luck
