Need a great layout/design - Will pay for the best! $100 and up+

    Guys and Gals,

    I've owned a cash back shopping website for over 2 years and have went through some designs here and there, but I really need a kick butt design/logo and almost all visitors that need to be converted hit my index.php page which really needs a good sales splash.

    I'm really looking for a modern/sleek design for my header and something that has to wow people for the front page (index page).

    I consider myself a great programmer, i've programmed the site from scratch, but i've come to the realization that I just suck at the graphic side and I feel it's hurting my sales.

    I'll check back and i'm not going to set a time limit or anything because I need something that fits Dotrebates just right, i'm really looking for someone I can reach out to all the time for additional work. (I'll need some new images for adwords after the change)

    You sound like the perfect fit for our company. We like to work with people such as yourself, I can tell from your post. I'm not sure you're expecting our prices, but I imagine you'll be pleasantly surprised with the quality and attention to sales and marketing, we have a professional graphics artist, marketing experts and a psychology student on staff. Let me know if you are still looking for somebody, and think about what you have to offer other people and companies, as I am willing to barter if your budget falls short for what we have to offer.

    What kind of experience do you have and what would a psychology student do for me?

    Also, for everyone PM'ing me please give me some rough design so I can see it before I award anything. I would say don't post anything here because then people may start sending me the same ideas.
