Need a great designer/artist!! Will pay

    I need someone who can design a banner and design a background to an already made free css template. Here is the link to the Css template I am using . http://www.freecsstemplates.org/preview/stylized . As you can see instead of the plain gray strips for the banner/logo , I would like someone to make a custom banner with pictures that I provide them . I'm not a very good artist and I'm not very good at Photoshop so whoever out there is, please let me know. Also depending on the situation, may also need a custom background made with pictures that I will provide. Just to be clear , I am willing to pay. Thanks
