    Need a Graphic Designer for Web Layout

    I have a template to base the design from.

    I simply need you to look at how I have the layout structured then polish the design so it looks cool to readers. Still a VERY SIMPLE design.

    Need to have skype.

    Only want to work with people from Europe/North America/Russia/Caribbean.
