Need a Good Web Designer For a Template.

    Hello, I need a good designer to make a quote for a web template. The theme of the site is Fighting & Martial Arts, it will be a content site. Here is a basic idea of what I am looking for.

    The site will be broken down into using phpincludes:

    Logo (must be included with the design)
    Graphics
    The Header
    Left section (for 160x600 ads)
    Right area (for a text menu or navigation)
    Content area (in the center for text articles or news)
    footer
    No css templates please make it with tables

    The template needs to be coded (ready to be edited with Frontpage), please send me a PM with your quote and some samples of similar work.
