I am looking to get a page on my forum that allows submission of an article by a forum member that gets sent to an email for review and acceptance. The page should be similar to this: http://www.pokerforums.org/articles/ but on here: http://www.pokerisrigged.com I also need an interactive reputation system with a custom graphic which can be supplied if necessary. The reputation system must calculate the members with the most gained reputation for the month and put them into a table at the top of the home page.
