Need a good template for my celeb blog on blogger beta

I run a celeb blog here , although i get lots of hits on it close to 20k uniques a month, the ctr is very low (less than 1%) , mainly due to the slow loading & conversely the earnings are also very low.

I was looking for a proper 3 column template which people have used and can claim to get a better ctr than i currently get.
