Need a good opinion

    Hello!
    My site is here and i recently changed design.
    I would like to have a good opinion about the ads in my site and also if it would be better to have ads from others networks instead of adsense.


    I have more than 10k+ pageviews per day and i like to make money from ppi.

    What would you advice me to do?

    The ads?
    change 468x60 to 336x280, and add a same 336x280 at the bottom of each post.
