Buying Need a Good Javascript Programmer who can work with Forms - Quick Job

    I need someone who can help me fix a form using the onChange event to populate some data fields based on user input. It should be pretty straightforward for someone who knows javascript well, and probably take about 30 mins. I can pay $50 quick paypal cash for someone who can help me complete this.
