Need A Good Incentive-Allowed Affiliate Network

Here's The Rundown Of My Site(not complete):
I will have users sign up solely to complete offers.
They get paid approx. 1/2 of what I get per lead.
Their will be MANY other ways to earn on the site.
Including free giveaways.
I will give away literally thousands each month.

Why It Will Work:
I have two high-traffic websites(advercash.net and titanclicks.com)
Both of which are ranked around 10,000 in alexa(7,491 and 12,044).
These sites already have users clicking ads to earn money.
When I put an ad up to my new site, the turnover will be amazing.
I expect to have 50,000+ members by the end of the second month at least.
Which makes all the users wanting the same thing, money, which the new site provides.
I have a custom, fresh script that no other site will have.

What I Need:
An affiliate network that allows incentivised sites.
Most of the offers need to be free offers(email/zip submits are perfect, small surveys also work well).
Need a minimum of about 17-25 free offers and bigger incentivised offers will also work(free trials and sales offers).

What network should I use for this, as very few site allow incentives.
And those that do, do not have email/zip submits at all.
The perfect match for me would be CPAEmpire, but they no longer accept incentivised sites.
I am currently trying to reach contact with them to try to let me through.
But if it does not work, I'm flat out of luck.
Please give me some good incentivised networks that have these types of offers.
Not just a few, but a decent amount as well.

Those offers are from various affiliate networks I found allowing a few incentivised offers.
Like I say on there, I don't control if they get approved or not.
But this is not AdverCash support so please don't bring that here.
