need a good designer

    hello...
    I am appointed a CEO of a school group to held an event in a school related to tech..i want a good cover page to send to schools as it is an Inter School competition ..i am attaching a pic with the thread which is a cover page of a different school's event which is going to be held recently..

    i will also like suggestions of some catchy names from DP members..if i like any i will pay a little amount for it of you want...if this event will be a success then i will be hiring a web designer fr making a website for that too.

    It is a tech event
