Buying Need a good coder

Hi Guys

I am looking for a good coder who can do the following work:

1. Decode an encrypted PDF417 2D barcode

I have a drivers' license card, which is encrypted in a PDF417 2D barcode. The barcode consists of an image and some information on the driver and the drivers' license.

2. Develop a PHP barcode reader script

I need a PHP script where I can upload the barcode, mentioned above. The script must decode the barcode and display the information and image contained in it.

Please let me know if you can do this and how much you would charge for such script.

 

Will this be run on share hosting?

 

No, I have my own dedicated server for this.

 

Then we can work something out, it won't be cheap though.

Yes, I do realize it will not be cheap.

There is 2 companies willing to look at the barcode and make changes to their 'Software'. If possible, I would prefer something web-based, which they don't offer.

If it will be too expensive to build a web-based application, then I will have to settle for the software. This is why I asked some devs to take a look at this and give me a quote.
