Need a good coder for psd to html

    I need a good coder who can coding one psd file to xhtml. The requirements are:

    -W3C Valid and compliant
    -Cross browser compatible (IE 6+, FF 3+, Opera 9+, Safari 3+)
    -Pixel precise
    -Optimized for load speed
    -Logically structured
    -Easy to update
