Im trying to make a site that when users post material- it shows up on the homepage, and also some type of management system that can count the amount of views and post the ones with the most views on a page called... most viewed lol. etc etc- I have no idea where to start. Help?
I'd use Wordpress. Using the query_post you can call any article from any category onto your front page. I would use it in conjunction with Popularity Contest to achieve the results you want.
