Hi could someone point me in the right direction. I'm new to Wordpress but used to do a lot of work with Html, CSS, and php forums (non coding). I'm making a website for brand alternatives. So all the brands are displayed in a grid on the landing page like the image link below. Then when you click on one image thumbnail it takes you to another page that has a similar layout of alternative brands but with descriptions below them that shows their price, about info etc.. and a link to their site. I've tried installing a few themes but when I try to use them the pages are all blank and there is no content. So I'm looking for something with premade content so I can just remove their image thumbnail and stick in my own. Then delete their written content and replace it with my own etc... Example layout link: https://imgur.com/CiJCTkQ Thanks.

Since you're familiar with HTML, CSS, and PHP, you might want to look for a user-friendly theme designed for portfolio or grid layouts, it should come with demo content that you can easily customize. Themes like Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder can help you create that grid layout efficiently, plus many have templates you can tweak to fit your needs.
I once used WPBakery to create a WordPress website for my college. I was quite inexperienced at the time, but it was surprisingly easy to use. I managed to create an entire site with multiple pages, complete with photos and descriptions, and everything was organized well. Despite having no prior experience, the tool allowed me to create a functional and visually appealing website in just two or three months. I highly recommend WPBakery for beginners due to its user-friendly interface and efficient workflow. In a professional context, WPBakery offers robust design flexibility, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to create a visually appealing site with minimal technical knowledge. It ensures efficiency without compromising on quality or design features, which is crucial for both personal projects and business websites.
