I have an Intel Mac. I assumed it would come with a decent graphics program already intsalled but there is nothing. I can't even size a graphic. Everything I see out there refers back to Photoshop. I don't want to buy Photoshop. There was also a program called GIMP but it doesn't work because it requires something called X11 which I tried to download but it said there is already newer software on my computer, so it would not install.
Choose the one you like, according to your needs (all available for mac and free) : * have you still the X11 problem with Gimpshop ? (http://www.plasticbugs.com/?page_id=294) * Seashore (http://seashore.sourceforge.net/) * XnView for Mac (free for non commercial use) * Livequartz (http://www.rhapsoft.com/?menu=livequartz&lng=en) Hope you'll find one..
Thanks! Looks like I figured out where x11 was on my Tiger install disks. Gimp seems to be working now.
