Buying Need a form developed for a donation page. Should be easy for an experienced coder.

Hi,

My client has a non profit organization and accepts donations on his website. Currently he accepts them through paypal via a donate now link. We want to change that to a long form to capture complete contact details and also for it to automatically generate a tax receipt for the donor that he can print out.
