Buying Need a flow chart

I need a flow chart - the type where a question is asked which has a yes or no answer.

That leads to 2 options - each with a yes or no answer

Which leads to 4 options - which is the final line.

Does anyone have SmartDraw or similar software and can do this? If so what would be your price?

 

I have a Visio and i can take care of it. Do you have a skype?
