Need a Flash Programmer.

    Hello guys,

    I'm looking for a Flash Developer for a project of mine. The project would involve creating or modifying an open source web based video player to tailor it to our specific needs. The player would also have a front-end software, either PHP/desktop-based for the final user, to enable him to use the player according to how we want it.
