    This man is a Scammer !!!! Can't Be Trusted

    He asked for site help, I have set the terms before I started work and he agreed to pay half of the money when the site design is ready and another half when the site is functional.

    After the design is done he asked for some changes for wich he agreed to pay after the design is done.

    When the design was completed and he told me the design is awesome he asked for the site to be functional in Flash or he will not send me the money.

    Therefore, altought he agreed that flash work on this design can start, he didn't want to pay half of the money, therfore our deal had do be stoped and I didn't receive the money for my work.
