Buying Need a flash designer to make a header

    Hello,

    I need a flash designer to make a header for a company I work with.

    It is simple animation but yes you can use your imagination and make it nice and neat ;)

    Please PM me for info.

    Also my budget is not more then 30 - 40 dollars.
