I'm making a web-design for a website for my organization/student body. Its called "The Pakistan Revolution" I've come up with this so far: http://www.imged.org/58/homepage3.png Any suggestions? what can i do to make it look neat/professional?
It looks really good, I like the layout a lot. My only suggestion, and it's a small one, is to increase the spacing between lines of text.
Wow... have some green... I realize that Pakistan's colors are green, but I would de-saturate the green a bit and use it a little more sparingly. Maybe use some grey, like the link bar at the top, and then have the main image be your green and do a gradient fade into grey or white keeping the bottom image green and the center content with the shadow. Also, use more shades of green - more of the colors that are used in the "Pakistan Revolution" logo. It also would be wise to use another color to offset the green a bit - I would use blue or a rusty-red color.
Okay guys, thanks alot! So here's what i've decided: => Will increase line-spacing => Will make the background green a bit more similar to the one used in the logo => Will add a bit of contrast with maybe Dark Grey. Will post an update. Please give me more suggestions if possible. Thanks!
