Buying Need a easy javascript on click popunder

I need a easy javascript onclick popunder. something where it shows a popunder after clicking somewhere on the website. not something that is automatically popupped. I need to also to be able to put my url for the popunder as well as create the size of the popunder.

no i need a onclick one that actually popups. some of those js popunder get blocked automatically by google chrome.
