Buying Need a dynamic website(Urgent)

    I need a dynamic website.....
    There are 4 requirements:
    1.It should support SEO system
    2.If i book domain in india, will it support here(saudi arab) in seo?
    and in google?
    3.there should be a mobile version as well
    now tell me your views
    4.it should be dynamic so that we can change contents.

    Details of services you will offer.
    And last but not least how much time it will take to complete the task......
    only serious designers needed...

    1. Any Good CMS (dynamic site), you can expect SEO support...
    2. Doubtful... (Maybe, but not necessary..).
    3. Mobile version: With same content(s)/ features or Different?
    4. Some form of CMS (Content management system)
