Need a drupal whiz to create / recreate site

    I had local blurb dotcom started several months ago, but the developer did not finish. I subsequently found this site:

    iCommunity dotTV which is exactly what I was striving for in the first place. It too is in drupal. My quest is to have LB turned into IC.

    1) CAN you do it - no code brokers please
    2) WHEN can you do it - firm timelines please
    3) HOW MUCH will you charge - firm please
    4) are you OVER 18 - no deal is legal with a minor
    5) do you SPEAK ENGLISH well - gotta communicate

    yeah,more words,why do you need to turn into?
    it's very easy for somebody to build a new one with the drupal or something else,:)
