Need a domain name that is registered

    Hello,

I'm about to launch a website where everyone can get free blogs... The only problem and the biggest one is that the domain name I want (http://blognuts.com/) is registered by someone else but he's NOT using it! I've sent him a couple of emails but he isn't responding to them...

I want this one because all my others domains also contain the word nuts and it's becoming some sort of a tradition that I really like... In the end I'll buy http://nuts.com/ and make one huge directory of all my websites, lol (joking)...

Anyway, what should I do, or do you guy's have another idea for a domain name containing the word nuts?

    Kindest regards,
    Mathias.

Hmmm yea, but that would cost a lot of money and my english isn't that good, hehe :)... I know that's a bad excuse but is there any other way to do this? Other domain name ideas are also welcome ofcourse!

Well if he does not reply back to you via email and you won't call him then you have a problem. It seems that he isn't using the domain so there is always the chance that he will let the domain expire (He might not be checking the listed email account)

How about bloggingnuts.com? Its still available.
Also available is: blogsnut.com and blogsnuts.com

If I want it to expire I'll have to wait a long time ==> 28 Oct 2009 06:49:36 + 70 days on hold (generec, redemption period and pending delete) :)... I think I'll give it a week or so and if he doens't reply after that i'll go for another domain name... I can always check the domain name next year to see if it's available! Thank you for your help :)!

Ofcourse, if anyone else has a great idea don't hesitate to reply to this thead!

Posting the domain on a public forum was not a very smart idea...

Hmm okay, the owner hasn't sent me an email yet so I guess I'll have to come up with another one... Bloggingnuts sounds strange and most of the others I've come up with are already in use... But in the end I'm sure I'll find the right one for me, hehe!

Kindest regards and thank you for all the reply's!

You can get lots of other combinations with the word.

I tried out a few and found them available!

Just get another domain, or this could drive you nuts :)

You can send him a letter saying that you need the domain, and that it would just be a personal use type of thing. Just be forewarned, most squatters dont want to give up domains, not even for money. I've learned that from trying!

Yes, find another name to use or use the available extensions.
