Need a detailed Progress bar while File Upload

    I have this Free File Hosting site located at

    http://www.expload-upload.info

    When i try to upload a file the following page shows a progress bar showing that an upload is happeneing. Can anyone help me implement the progress bar showing more details of the file upload status like that of

    http://rapidshare.com/

    I would offer a lot of stuff over 20 gb content for the person who helps me out with this.

    progress bar tutorial would be good, i have an application that is similar to that, basically i do crazy long database queries and i wanna figure out a way to give a progress bar telling the person how much longer
