Need a designer will pay

    Im looking for someone who can design my a layout that matches my blog forum and ptc site.

    Pay: $90.00 for bundle.

    The theme is digital black market.
    Use something dark with like some bar codes or something

    Blog: Word Press
    Forum: vBulletin 3.8.4
    PTC: Dont know at this point in time but i will soon.

    Well, obviously hes gonna need a PSD File. Whats he gonna do with a JPG? STARE AT IT?
