You can login as demo/demo. 1. The list of pages required can be seen on that site. 2. The HTML for the website is already coded, we would not like to do many changes to the HTML. But if needed it can be done. 3. This is a custom app, you only need to provide the design/CSS/HTML with dummy data for it.
