    I need someone to create a simple wordpress theme for me, This will be for my Portfolio and blog.
    I do not need the fancy stuff and heavy functionality, just a clean and pretty theme. This will be a 6 page theme e.g index, blog posts list, full post view, resume, portfolio and contact page.
    We can discuss more details once the deal is fixed but first thing I want to tell you is, I am low on budget and cannot afford to spend much on this so please make an offer with some of your work you have done so far. I'll get back to you.
